It’s fun to see what students believe is important in the presidential races. I must say, the bird flu ad is my favorite.

Yes! Yes! And HELL yes! When you sit down and actually analyze it, there really IS no one better suited to take on the problems our country faces. You name it. Energy, health care, defense, the budget, the Teatards and inbreds, the Middle East, corruption, waste in government. SchweitZer has a plan for all of them!

And Schweitzer really is unafraid to step on toes to get things done, especially CORPORATE toes, to do what’s right for the people. And isn’t THAT a grand idea for a change. A government that works for the people, NOT the corporate people! People are people, NOT corporations!

He’s got my vote. It was what he was destined to do. He’s simply the next in a rather long line of outstanding Montana politicos. The country desperately needs someone as plainspoken and intelligent as Schweitzer to restore confidence in our government and reign in the forces of extremism! He’s the new TR or another FDR.

Like Nike says, Guv. JUST DO IT!…..and like Nike means, VICTORY!

These are class projects. For a theoretical presidential race, and maybe to get a really cool job.
Did like the “lawyer or scientist” dig in the last one – from an academic standpoint.

Ted Schwinden told me in 1981 about a Governor he had met who wanted to be President. When he told me he thought the the guy was impressive, I laughed and told him he was drinking cool Aid. It was Bill Clinton and Ted called it all the way.

I like, no I dont just like I love. Back in 2000 when Brian Schwietzer ran for senate against Conrad Burns, I was a 19yr old kid from a Republican family. Brian Schwietzer inspired me, he had fresh ideas. You dont hear that very often in politcs. And Im sad that I dont hear that this year from any of the major candidates Republican or Democrat. I will vote cause it is my duty as a citizen, but lately it is half hearted votes, or its stratigic votes, to not vote for somebody, but against somebody else. I still wonder, what do we do when the lesser of two evils is still evil? I dont know, I will be sad when Brian leaves the governors office in January, cause he was the most effective governor in our states history. And I just wonder where do we go from here? And I can tell you this, I dont have the heart to watch a guy like Ken Miller f-ck up this state again. I think if the Montana voters elect Ken Miller they deserve him, I will sell the remainder of my families property, I will hook my horsetrailer on the back of my pickup truck, load my clothes and guns and a few personal items in it, then go down the the cafe in town, have a nice meal with family and friends, give them all a hug and a handshake, and then cry my eyes out as I hit both the state and county lines. It would be tough, but not near as tough as watching my state go to hell in a handbasket cause we elected a jackass like Miller.
