Signs of the Times

With election day looming, candidates and volunteers will soon be putting up yard signs across the state in hopes of boosting name recognition and demonstrating broad support.

Rehberg is relying on supporters like the residents of this household, who put their endorsement of Rehberg–as well as other views–on display for all to see in their yard.   One sign reads “Comunist[sic] trator[sic] scum Obama.” (Click the photo to enlarge.)

Some of these signs probably remain up year round. However, I’m guessing that when the fine folks who live here at the anti-Patriot Act state headquarters learn about Rehberg’s five votes in support of the Patriot Act, that red one in the middle is coming down.

I like how they boarded up the windows so they would have more places to nail signs to…good technique.

Photoshop? Yeah right indeed, this is in Missoula . Note the Rehberg yard sign behind the fence. Can’t photoshop that.

I’ve worked with Photoshop and other image processing software for 20 years. The Rehberg sign could have been inserted into the image with much less difficulty than one might initially suppose. So, yes: the image could have been “Photoshopped.” But could does not mean that it was.

In Texas?? With spruce trees in back? And a cold weather nipped ash tree? Not hardly. THIS is somewhere in eastern Montana. That is NOT Texas.

You’re probably a better technician than I am. Would not surprise me as I’m not so good : )

This is a notorious Missoula house. I knew it by the TX flag. These people think they’re the Alamo.

Drove by this dump of a house in Missoula last week.

Check the property value of the adjacent houses to see if it’s real.

I see a new “Fox News Daytime” feature being added to highlight the home decor stylings of the TEA Party elite.
