Hill Sparks Internet Meme
The internet meme-of-the-moment may be Romney’s “Binders Full of Women” but that doesn’t mean Rick Hill could escape the mockery directed at him.
Hill’s slimy views and actions have sparked his own internet meme-a spinoff of the popular “Scumbag Steve.” Here are a couple of the “Scumbag Rick” images I’ve seen making the rounds on email/Facebook. If you see others, dear readers, post them in the comments.

With all due respect, its Rick Hill who is lacking actual substance. The dude is a joke, his history throughout his personal and political career seems to careen from one disaster to another. And as a woman, I would be appalled if he were ever elected to public office again (because I would have to pay his salary – blech)

What most of you don’t ‘GET’ is Steve Bullock is going to lose this round. He’s a heck of a nice guy, good looking and educated, but needs a bit more time under the lights so to speak, not ready for Prime Time in the Gov. office. Say what you want about Hill, the guy is smart, tough and this isn’t his first rodeo politically and I think at the end of the day on Nov. 7th he’s our next Gov. so quit banging on your high chair trays, suck it up and move on…..Scheister is OUT (Thank God) and Hill moves in, and ya’ all can start bashing on Baucus to build a case for our bully Governor with the big mouth and NO substance!

To be honest, I must admit I don’t really get this “meme” thing. Perhaps its just me.
I will once again say, Charles Fenney AND Montana Cowgirl, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. I don’t care about your politics, but I do care that you are slandering my family business. If you want to bash Rick Hill, fine. But leave us out of it. We are a Montana owned small business that employs 48 employees that work hard to support their families. Your political spewing is attacking them. And just so you have the facts straight before you choose to ramble again, the mermaids weren’t a part of the Sip ‘n Dip until the late 90′s. A considerable time frame from when the “incident” happened. So instead of posting garbage on your website like the poem above, I hope that you really do make a difference today and get out to vote.

A couple of points: What is written here cannot be ‘slander’. It could be libel but in this case obviously isn’t. It isn’t actionable at all. However, false accusation of slander/libel are actionable. Just sayin’ …
