FINALLY, I found an article by Gayr Marsbutt about how he concluded that Amanda Curtis was anti-gun. Marsbutt is head of the Montana Spoot Shorters Ass., and buddy let me tell ya does he spoot his shorts on THIS one! This imbecile should NOT be allowed to endorse anyone, for he’s an idiot! Here, from his article, are his “so called” anti-gun bills! (with my rebuttals) Time for Montanans to tell this moron to take a friggin’ hike! See an real anti-gun bills in the NINE that he listed?? Where oh where are the OTHER fourteen?? Marsbutt appears to be lying his ASS off!

    Senate hopeful Curtis and guns

    August 25, 2014 by mssa·Comments Off

    Dear MSSA Friends,

A Missoulian story about aspirant for the Democrat nomination for U.S. Senate (to replace withdrawn Walsh), Amanda Curtis of Butte, has her portraying herself as a supporter of the Second Amendment. The article says, “Curtis said she’s a strong supporter of the Second Amendment of the Constitution and that she and her husband own firearms.”

That’s not what her record says, not by a long shot.

MSSA tracked 24 gun-related votes cast by Curtis in the Montana House last session. Curtis voted anti-gun on 23 of 24 opportunities. For that, she scored a miserable 2.6%. A 59% score would have earned her an “F” on gun issues. She is well below F-, if there is such a thing. (where ARE they, Marsbutt?)

    Curtis voted:

    1. NO on a bill to encourage manufacturers to move to Montana and create new jobs if those manufacturers make firearms (HR5).

(We gotta encourage gun dinks to move here with tax breaks?? Why? Free market, remember M.Butt!)

    2. NO on two bills to protect hunters’ hearing by allowing sound reduction for hunting (HB205 & HB27).

(Silencers??? Jeebus. You mean that Montanans who have been using ear plugs for the last hundred years ain’t enuff for the Butt Man?)

    3. NO on a bill to prohibit the university system from suspending the Montana Constitution (HB240).

(Yeah, we really NEED guns on campus. What a douche!)

    4. NO on a bill to allow investigators working for public defenders to carry firearms for self defense (SB133).

(Big need for that? I thought that’s what concealed carry was for!)

    5. NO on a bill to exempt from criminal “disorderly conduct” charges a hunter who fires a shot at a deer or elk.

    (WTF?)

    6. NO on a bill to allow people located inside city limits the same ability for self defense as those outside city limits (HB304).

(Um, butt man, we already HAVE state concealed carry laws, dink! And they work just fine! I have one, and I like it!)

    7. NO on a bill to allow a person eating at a restaurant that serves beer to provide for his or her self defense (HB358).

(Guns in bars? Great idea, right? A volatile mixture of hormones and booze and machismo, what could go wrong?!)

    8. NO to medical privacy for gun owners (HB459).

(Yes, the mentally deranged SHOULD be allowed to carry, just not all the black felons railroaded by the system! I, personally, think that felons SHOULD be able to own guns! Why not? And vote too! A HUGE percentage of the black population cannot vote. And that’s wrong.)

    9. NO to preventing newspapers from publishing the private information about people who have been issued a concealed weapon permit by the local sheriff (SB145).

(Public records are public records! What you afraid of? You got a gun, right?)

Curtis is virulently anti-gun. (No, you’re just a liar. Where are the 23 bills?) Her claim to support the right to keep and bear arms sounds like the beginning of another Walsh thesis. (And you sound like a busted asshole trying to fart!)

    Gary Marbut, President
    Montana Shooting Sports Association
    (Montans Spoot Shorters Ass.

WHERE ARE THEM TWENTY-THREE BILLS, BUTT MAN?? What, you can’t count, or are you a lying asshole??

You get an F rating for being a moron! No more endorsements from YOU!

    • Let’s take these one at a time, except this time with a prozac.

      1. If we encourage film makers and other businesses, why not? A vote against this betrays a specific discrimination against firearms. No double standards by gun haters please.
      2. Like I said on another post, makes perfect sense. They DO NOT SILENCE. It is still loud. They just reduce it to the point your ears can tolerate it yourself without muffs. And yes, put in the plugs you suggest and you ARE aloof to that black bear sneaking up on you from behind. Not hard to figure out.
      3. So if a woman’s been harassed or stalked, her only recourse is to shout, “Help, help, somebody please dial 911”? Because of course armed citizens never reduce crime (rolls eyes) and no rapes or assaults ever happen on campus (rolls eyes). Sure, this doesn’t need any rational thought either.
      4. What, you’re going to make them apply? Sure, let’s make cops prosecutable too if their jacket swings over their gun, that’s an illegal conceal, they need to apply too. (Yes, that really IS the legal standard against you a citizen.)
      5. Not clear to me either, but if you thought about it, you’d have to assume the intent was to prosecute anyone who otherwise acted carefully and legally but missed. Because OBVIOUSLY that could only be a prosecutable negligence. Go get those evil gun owners.
      6. You can make a case, especially since the grabber agenda has already swung so far the other way. A lot of other states ALREADY recognize the right to carry concealed is intrinsic and require no permit.
      7. Addressed this in another post too. Location is NOT the issue. I am no more danger to anyone in a bar or post office than I am in a store or public park. ABSOLUTELY I should not drink and carry, no problem with that. But sitting in or walking in a bar (which I may or may not have done already at some point) never made me a risk.
      8. What bunk. The deranged ALREADY can not own. For example, I could point to your millions of cussing mouth-foaming wild rants here and say, nutcase vet with permanent PTSD, ban him from owning for life. Fair? At least – wow – we agree on two things: felons should not be banned per se from either owning or voting. Well, it happens oftener than you think. Ex-Dem, remember?
      9. IT WAS PRIVATE INFORMATION, dude, you said so yourself. But hey, with your logic, let’s open up medical records and publicly out anyone with herpes or AIDS, because obviously they are a REAL threat, right? They COULD infect somebody. Now maybe you don’t practice double standards and you would actually buy that too? In that case maybe you could get a job with the NSA gestapo sockpuppeting for the war on privacy, it’s not like it’s under threat or anything. Or maybe it WAS a double standard after all. Much more plausible.

Still scratching my head at us agreeing on both felon counts, but not complaining either.

        1. If we encourage film makers and other businesses, why not? A vote against this betrays a specific discrimination against firearms. No double standards by gun haters please.

Is that REALLY a gun bill, cupcake? Or an economic bill???

        2. They just reduce it to the point your ears can tolerate it yourself without muffs

What ARE you, a wussy from back east??? Sheesh.

        3. So if a woman’s been harassed or stalked, her only recourse is to shout, “Help, help,

Um, I THEENK that the Board of Regents makes that call about guns on campus, NOT inbreds like M. Butt! Sorry, we don’t want them there. Colleges in Montana are gun free, and will stay that way!

        4. Sure, let’s make cops prosecutable too if their jacket swings over their gun, that’s an illegal conceal, they need to apply too

How’s things in La La Land? Dufus, cops do NOT need a concealed permit as long as they are working in law enforcement! Put that one back up your ass! They can legally carry concealed without a permit.

        6. A lot of other states ALREADY recognize the right to carry concealed is intrinsic and require no permit.

I’ve got no problem with concealed carry permits. Hasn’t taken MY gun yet! Just get the permit. No big deal.

        7. ABSOLUTELY I should not drink and carry, no problem with that. But sitting in or walking in a bar (which I may or may not have done already at some point) never made me a risk.

Wow. It’s ALL about you, isn’t it, lil’ fella! You obviously haven’t spent much time in Montana bars!

8.The deranged ALREADY can not own

        Oh really? Where?

        9. But hey, with your logic, let’s open up medical records and publicly out anyone with herpes or AIDS,

Medical records are the same as public records?????? Interesting logic you have there, cupcake. But you lose again!

Now, post those OTHER fourteen bills that Amanda voted against, ’cause M. Butt couldn’t/wouldn’t do it! He’s a lyin’ sack o crap! So, cupcake, put your head BACK up your ass and don’t post again until you have the missing fourteen bills! Buh bye!

        • 1. Is that REALLY a gun bill, cupcake? Or an economic bill???
Both. Can you really grasp only one concept at a time? That’s like saying an F-16 is an airplane, therefore it can not be a weapon. For obvious reasons, you really should calling others dufuses and inbreds.

          2. What ARE you, a wussy from back east??? Sheesh.
Answered that before, not that it sank in. Lived here for years, family to the 1890s. With the suppressor I use nothing, without it I wear muffs. That is not “wussy,” that is INTELLIGENCE – an apparently alien concept.
And you failed to answer my point, therefore you lose.

          3. Um, I THEENK that the Board of Regents makes that call about guns on campus, NOT inbreds like M. Butt!
Ignoring my case, you lose again. If I were to use “answers” like you, though I would say I THEENK that Montanans made the call for STEVE instead of Amanda, NOT “inbreds” like Larry Power Ranger. Your plated predictive butt back to you.

          4. How’s things in La La Land? Dufus, cops do NOT need a concealed permit as long as they are working in law enforcement! Put that one back up your ass! They can legally carry concealed without a permit.
I never said they didn’t, back at you, I said the same standard could apply to other officials, and YOU said, no, that’s what permits are for. That’s called a rebuttal.

          6. I’ve got no problem with concealed carry permits. Hasn’t taken MY gun yet! Just get the permit. No big deal.
As do I, had mine for years, no big deal. But the process can, has, and will be abused, which is why other states take a minimalist approach. I live in a pluralistic world in which I don’t have to dictate to every other state. You seem to have a problem with that.

          7. Wow. It’s ALL about you, isn’t it, lil’ fella! You obviously haven’t spent much time in Montana bars!
Been in my share, but they are not, unlike for some, my primary residence, for sure. And I never even hinted it was about me, I just pointed out most owners don’t see themselves as Dirty Harry, and pointed out the difference between location and inebriation. A tough concept, apparently.

          8. Oh really? Where?
“Possession of a firearm by the mentally ill is regulated by both state and federal laws….Under 18 U.S.C. § 922(d), it is unlawful for any person to sell or otherwise dispose of any firearm or ammunition to any person knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that such person ‘has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution.’ ” Montana carries are denied to same under Mont. Code §45-8-321.
Not very smart, are you? But I guess we figured that out before. It’s why you have to call everyone but yourself cupcake, moron, inbred, dufus, etc.

          9. Medical records are the same as public records?????? Interesting logic you have there, cupcake. But you lose again!
No, sloppy, YOU do. I said gun ownership was PRIVATE, but since you said open it up anyway and let the owner fire on anyone who invades, I just called you on your double standard. I think the Jesuits either failed you entirely, or masterfully instructed you in disingenuity.

Buh bye!
Buh-bye yourself, and don’t let the door hit your backside. Since the first nine are clearly gun-rights-related and thus of reasonable concern to any owner, it’s fair to assume the rest are too. We can no longer doubt that Curtis earned an F – in fact I’m sure she even brags about it to her bleeding-heart friends, so close that case too. My head’s never yet been up my ass, therefore can not return. You, as we’ve now established – and as you so masterfully proved predicting her MIRACLE VICTORY – appear to be a different story.

Twelfth butt-pounding of Larry complete. Time to go watch the victory Larry predicted for Amanda. (Flip…flip…flip…flip…)

“Since the first nine are clearly gun-rights-related and thus of reasonable concern to any owner, it’s fair to assume the rest are too”

It does? That’s interesting. Did you deduce that all by yourself? BRILLIANT!

“My head’s never yet been up my ass, therefore can not return”

Well then, would you mind putting your head up MARSBUTT’S ass and looking for those fourteen missing bills?? You both might enjoy that experience, knowin’ you two fellas like I do! HEY, I won’t ask and you don’t have to tell!

You see, cupcake, you USED to be a Dem, (or so you say), and maybe you once were even straight! But I gauran-frickin’- TEE you that it’s a helluva lot easier to go from straight to gay than from Dem to inbred Pube!…..or even worse, “libertarian” like you claim! That’s even dumber than Pube! At least the Pubbies are honest in their fascism!

Find the bills, cupake. thanx in advance!

  2. I went to the Democratic election center in Missoula at about 10 and there were 2 to 3 people. When I went back at 12:30 there were around 15 to 20 people making calls and getting walking lists. Absentee return rates are high. I personally talked to quite a few people that weren’t registered and didn’t think they could vote, and I told them to get up to the Missoula Fairgrounds so they could vote.

Things are looking good so far.

  3. Why does it matter? Amanda got beat.

    • Well, the Dems COULD actually try to learn from history instead of repeating it. After all, what could possibly go wrong with a little questionable handling of the Max vacancy between the White House and Steve Bullock. (Which is a shame, because if it hadn’t been for the truly dumbsh_t plagiarism, I kind of liked Walsh and thought he was, unlike many Dems, capable of at least seeing other sides of issues even if he didn’t agree.)

Or what could possibly go wrong then with appointing a far-left, deficits don’t matter (lost kin of Cheney?) gun grabber like Amanda? What could possibly go wrong?

They could have had the center, and they got greedy and stupid. Don’t bother ranting about Republicans. Dems gotses nobody to blame but themselves for this one. Nobody.

  4. Amanda truly represented the Democratic platform. Far left? She offered the same boilerplate as every other Democratic candidate this year. The only troubling aspect was her relationship to communism – in that her husband is the leader of the IWW in Montana, right?

  5. Handkerchief anyone?

  6. How the hell did this lady get chosen to represent any party in a free country?

The mission statement for the Two Rivers General Membership Branch of IWW (of which Kevin Curtis is a leader and Amanda Curtis is a member) is:

The Two Rivers General Membership Branch consists of members of the Industrial Workers of the World, a.k.a. Wobblies, from across the state of Montana (Missoula, Hamilton, Butte, and Billings). We are working to organize the people of Montana into the One Big Union to end wage slavery and eventually end the capitalist system.

  7. Let’s see, do we choose a plagiarist, or a radical socialist/anarchist who is dedicated to ending our way of life in America ….. hmmmmm ….. gotta tell ya, Walsh is looking pretty good right about now.

    • Larry Kralj, Environmental Rangers | November 5, 2014 7:18 AM at 7:18 AM |

What’s your “way of life”, mikey? Please explain in a well-written five hundred word essay. For you see, you appear to be an imbecile. Prove me wrong, lil’ fella. I really want to know what our way of life is from the moron point of view! Can you do it? No? Why not?!

  8. Take your way of life, turn it upside down, and that’s probably everyone else’s way of life. You and Amanda can pine for the communist revolution all you want. But any student of history can see that it doesn’t work. But tell you what, why don’t you go live in a communist country for a while, and see how long your churlish antics last until you are whisked away as an enemy of the state. By the way, are you 63 years old? Maybe AARP has some good deals for flights to the mother land.

    • Larry Kralj, Environmental Rangers | November 5, 2014 12:51 PM at 12:51 PM |

That’s it?! You can’t even define “your way of life”? That’s just real sad, dude. REAL sad. Mikey, how long you been suckin’ off’n Unca Sugartit??? Suckin’ of Unca Sugartit is NOT the American way, dude! Mikey, why don’t YOU get your lips off Unca Sugar for once! Stand on your OWN two feet! For it’s better to starve on your feet than grow die from morbid obesity with your LIPS still attached! Been to Walmart yet today on your Rascal scooter?? Oh, BTW, did your gummint checks come in the mail yet? Time to stock up on Fritos and Cheetos for the winter! Maybe some chips too!

I got your number, mikey. You are EXACTLY like the two little fat people I know, a married couple. BOTH on welfare and oxygen. And BOTH hate O’Bama and the Dems! When I asked them why, they said because O’Bama was gonna take their guns! Yep. These two inbreds really need their guns! I really do hope that the Pubes start cuttin’ the SHIT outta everything. For you see, there are an endless number of inbreds on all KINDS of assistance who vote straight Pubbie! When they no longer get their welfare, ssi, dialysis, etc., THEN let them sing the less government praises! Of course, they’ll still have Cracker Jesus….
      AND THEY’RE GONNA NEED HIM!

But really, who decides to pull the plug on these folks who are a really burden on our society? And Montana is full of them from outta state! Look, if you get your damn ass SO fat that you become disabled, who’s fault IS that? Not mine! I with the ReePubes on this one. If you do it to yourself, you PAY it yourself! Now, let’s start cutting!

p.s. The amount of money we spend to keep people alive who should have died a long time ago is staggering. Let’s let the Pubes pull the plugs! I wanna see how THAT plays out!

      • Francis Underwood | November 6, 2014 3:15 PM at 3:15 PM |

Hey LARRY!! Remember me? I just had to jump in here and ask how it felt to be SO WRONG about the election results!! I guess my three words were correct… “Welcome back Amanda.” To math class, that is… You will never, ever see “Senator Amanda Curtis” unless you type it yourself. Bummer Lar… LET THE REPEALING OF THE OBAMA AGENDA BEGIN!

        • Francis Underwood | November 6, 2014 6:55 PM at 6:55 PM |

I think you already started drinking… WTF are you talking about? Last time I saw Amanda on tv (concession speech) she looked white to me. Oh, wait! Are you turning the election into a race issue?? Of course you are!! You have nothing else to fall back on!! The famous liberal race card!! I guess you didn’t have enough “real Americans” voting this time. I think what you really had was all the hope and change fools either not voting or voting against the LIAR IN CHIEF. Wake up Larry, there’s a real world outside your teepee.
